Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Voucher is valid for one transaction only – i.e. it can’t be split over several orders. The voucher must be used in full.

Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and non-transferable.

Pick Your Own Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payment: Bookings are essential. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Session Times: Please arrive at or inside your allocated session time. There will be no entry before your designated time. All guests need to leave at the end of the allocated session time.

Age Restrictions: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Weather: Pick Your Own sessions are weather dependent. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to adverse weather conditions.

Field Rules: Stay within designated areas, avoid damaging plants, and no smoking or alcohol allowed.

Personal Property: We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Refunds: No refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you can’t make it and we will fully refund.

Photography: Commercial photography requires prior permission.

Liability: Participants enter the field at their own risk. We accept no liability for injuries or damages.

Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to sessions, prices, or terms without notice.
